SCANO is committed to social responsibility and abide by the principles of ethics and integrity. We prohibit any form of anti-human rights behavior such as slavery, human trafficking, forced labor as well as child labor. This policy is applied to our businesses and partners in supply chain, to ensure all employees are treated fairly and decently in workplace. Not engage in any inhumane activities, including physical or psychological abuses, violence, corporal punishment, sexual harassment and discriminatory behavior.
We respect employees and avoid any form of behavior that against human rights. We also provide a safety and healthy working environment, full training in human rights related policies and open communication channels for all employees. Moreover, we comply with local regulations about minimum wage and working hours.
